Booking & Reservations
How do I book a transfer or tour?+
Simply fill out the booking form on our website or contact us directly via WhatsApp. We'll confirm your booking within 15–30 minutes and send all details including driver information before your trip.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However, we also accept last-minute bookings — contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?+
Yes. You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time free of charge. For cancellations within 24 hours, a partial fee may apply. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Do you offer group bookings?+
Absolutely. We have vehicles for all group sizes — from sedans for 1–3 passengers to minibuses and full-size coaches for large groups. Please specify your group size when booking so we can arrange the right vehicle.
Airport Transfers
Which airports do you serve?+
We serve all major airports in South Korea: Incheon International Airport (ICN), Gimpo International Airport (GMP), Gimhae International Airport in Busan (PUS), and Jeju International Airport (CJU).
Will you track my flight for delays?+
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly — at no extra charge. You don't need to contact us; we handle it automatically.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?+
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For Incheon Airport, we typically meet at the exit of the customs area on the arrivals floor. Exact details will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
How long does the transfer from Incheon Airport to Seoul take?+
The drive from Incheon Airport to central Seoul typically takes 50–70 minutes, depending on traffic. During peak hours or on weekends, it may take slightly longer. We always account for traffic when planning your pickup time.
Is there free waiting time if my baggage is delayed?+
Yes. We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups from the time your flight lands. After that, a small waiting fee may apply. We understand delays happen and will always try to be flexible.
Vehicles & Capacity
What types of vehicles do you offer?+
We offer a range of vehicles to suit every need: Sedan (1–3 passengers), SUV (1–4 passengers), Kia Carnival / Hyundai Staria (1–7 passengers), Solati Minibus (1–11 passengers), and full-size Coach (up to 45 passengers). All vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and well-maintained.
Are child seats available?+
Yes, child seats can be arranged upon request. Please mention this when booking and specify the age and weight of your child so we can provide the appropriate seat.
How much luggage can I bring?+
Our vehicles can accommodate standard luggage for the number of passengers. If you have oversized luggage, sports equipment, or a large number of bags, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
Pricing & Payment
Are your prices fixed or metered?+
All our prices are fixed and agreed upon before the trip. There are no hidden charges, no surge pricing, and no meter running. The price you see is the price you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash (KRW or USD), bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Are tolls and parking fees included in the price?+
Toll fees are generally included in our quoted price. Parking fees may be added for certain destinations such as theme parks or tourist sites. We will always inform you of any additional fees before the trip.
Tours & Day Trips
What tours do you offer?+
We offer private tours to all major attractions in South Korea including the DMZ, Nami Island, Everland, Gyeongju, Busan, Jeju, and custom itineraries. We also specialise in BTS and K-pop location tours for fans.
Are your tours private or shared?+
All our tours are 100% private. Your vehicle and driver are exclusively for your group. You set the pace, choose the stops, and enjoy a personalised experience — no strangers, no fixed schedules.
Do you offer cruise port pickups?+
Yes. We provide private transfers from all major cruise ports in South Korea including Busan Port, Incheon Port, and Jeju Port. We can also organise full-day excursions during your port stop and return you to the ship on time.
Can I customise my tour itinerary?+
Absolutely. All our tours are fully customisable. Tell us your interests, preferred stops, and available time — we'll build the perfect itinerary for you. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your plans.

Do your drivers speak English?+
Yes. Our coordination team is fully English-speaking and available 24/7. All bookings and communications are handled in English. Drivers may have varying English levels, but our team is always reachable via WhatsApp throughout your journey.

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Whether you have a 3am arrival or a late-night departure, we're here for you.
Do you serve destinations outside Seoul?+
Yes. We cover all of South Korea — Seoul, Busan, Gyeongju, Jeonju, Jeju Island, and beyond. Intercity transfers and multi-day arrangements are available. Contact us with your destination for a custom quote.
